Promotion Period: The promotion begins on WEDNESDAY JULY 15th, 2026 and ends when all promotional envelopes have been found or on SATURDAY AUGUST 15th, 2026, whichever occurs first. Winning tickets may be redeemed at The Frazier Kentucky History Museum by SATURDAY OCTOBER 31ST, 2026.
How to Participate: During the promotion period, official Frazier Museum promotional envelopes may be placed at select public or partner locations throughout the Louisville area. Participants may look for an official envelope and follow the instructions included inside. No purchase, donation, admission ticket, or payment of any kind is required to participate.
Eligibility: This promotion is open to individuals and famlies. Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to redeem any offer or prize. Employees, board members, contractors, and immediate family members of the Frazier Kentucky History Museum may not redeem promotional envelopes unless otherwise approved by the Museum.
Safety and Conduct: Participants must follow all posted rules, laws, and property guidelines while searching for or retrieving envelopes. Participants may not trespass, damage property, disturb landscaping, enter restricted areas, block entrances, or interfere with the operation of any business, public space, or partner location. Any envelope found through unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior may be considered invalid at the Museum’s discretion.
Promotional Offer: Each valid envelope contains:
FOUR complimentary general admission tickets to the Frazier Kentucky History Museum.
The offer is valid for regular museum admission only unless otherwise stated. The offer is not redeemable for cash, has no cash value, and may not be sold, transferred, duplicated, or exchanged.
Restrictions: Complimentary admission is subject to Museum hours, capacity, closures, and availability. The offer does not include parking, food, beverages, merchandise, memberships, camps, facility rentals, private events, paid programs, or separately ticketed events unless specifically stated in writing.
Redemption Deadline: The offer must be redeemed by SATURDAY OCTOBER 31st, 2026. Expired envelopes, altered envelopes, copied materials, or damaged materials that cannot be verified may not be accepted.
How to Redeem: To redeem, bring the original envelope and enclosed letter or ticket certificate to the Frazier Kentucky History Museum admissions desk during regular public hours. The Museum may request basic contact information at the time of redemption for tracking purposes. Providing email marketing consent is optional and is not required to redeem the offer.
Limit: Limit one promotional envelope per person or household unless otherwise stated. Multiple envelopes found by the same person or household may not be honored.
Lost or Stolen Materials: The Frazier Kentucky History Museum is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, copied, or misplaced envelopes or promotional materials.
Publicity: By redeeming the offer, participants may be invited to share a photo or story with the Museum. Participation in photos, social media posts, testimonials, or publicity is optional and not required to redeem the offer.
Changes or Cancellation: The Frazier Kentucky History Museum reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time due to weather, safety concerns, site restrictions, printing errors, unauthorized activity, or circumstances beyond the Museum’s control.
General Conditions: The Frazier Kentucky History Museum reserves the right to determine the validity of any envelope or redemption request. Decisions made by the Museum regarding this promotion are final.
