Presidents’ day pop-up camp

Join us for a pop-up day of camp at the Frazier Kentucky History Museum! Hosted on Presidents’ Day, we are going to dive into the stories of some of America’s first presidents. Campers will learn about the boyhood origins of America’s first President George Washington, make local connections to Kentucky-born President Abraham Lincoln, and more! We would love to have your camper join us for this Presidential Pop-up!

Grades: 1st-5th

Price: $55 a day members I $65 a day non-members (ask about our sibling discount)

Hours: Drop-off 8:45-9:30 & Pickup 3:30-4:00

Growing this spring! Spring Break camp

Grow with us this Spring Break at Camp Frazier! Learn about the natural wonders of the bluegrass state, hear tales of courage and growth by Kentuckians, and more! Make arts and crafts, explore the Frazier’s exhibits, and even go on field trips outside of the museum. We can’t wait to see you, so sign up for some fun at Camp Frazier today!

Monday, April 6th Plants!: Get out your green thumb and get ready to grow with us on this day of camp themed around plants! Learn about how we get pigments from the natural world around us, make your own Kentucky Wildflower seed bomb, and more!

Tuesday, April 7th Weather!: Spring showers bring April flowers in this day of camp themed around weather! Dive into stories about the Great Flood of 1937, meet a real meteorologist and give your own weather report, and more!

Wednesday, April 8th Animals!: Learn about and meet some real furry friends in this day of camp themed around animals! Watch a live performance about some of history’s most famous animals, meet hometown hero Ethan Almighty and learn about how he (as a dog!) got legislation passed in Kentucky, and more!

Thursday, April 9th Parks!: Step right up and prepare to be amazed by this day of camp themed around parks! Hear about a Kentuckian who trained tigers for the circus, create your own model of a famous defunct amusement park from Louisville’s past, and more!

Friday, April 10th Play!: Let loose have fun on this day of camp themed around play! Go on a field trip to downtown’s newest park addition PlayPort, learn about Kentucky’s influence on Dungeons & Dragons, and more!
