Educators
Over the past 20+ years the Frazier Museum Education Department has cemented its role as a steadfast resource for teachers, students, and homeschool families in the state.
We offer a wide range of hands-on, engaging program options for all grade levels ~ both in the museum and the classroom. As the place “Where the world meets Kentucky,” the museum’s exhibitions, theatre presentations, interactive programs, and teacher trainings are inquiry-based and designed to align with KY Academic Standards.

The Journey
Kentuckiana played a central role in the Underground Railroad. This immersive storytelling experience helps uncover the hidden stories of people and places in our community with close ties to this resistance story. An 8th grade inquiry lesson “How should we remember the Underground Railroad?” is included in the materials.
