FAQs
When will my membership be active?
Your membership will be active as soon as you complete your purchase.
If you would like to visit the museum before you receive a membership card, inform the Admissions Desk that you are a member and they can lookup your information.
Do you have an automatic renewal program?
Yes, we have an automatic renewal program. You can enroll when you join or renew your membership online, or by calling the Membership Office at (502)753-1031 any time of the year.
When enrolled, your membership dues will be paid on the same date as your original payment. To make any changes to your automatic renewal, call the Membership Office.
When will I receive my membership card?
Our digital membership cards will be processed and sent to you within one week. You will receive an email with your card and instructions on how to download the card to your digital wallet.
Physical membership cards are available upon request. Please contact the Membership Office at (502)753-1031 or membership@fraziermuseum.org to request a physical card.
Can I apply the cost of admission to my membership?
Yes! The cost of general admission will be honored and discounted from the price of your membership for one (1) business day with a copy of your receipt. Contact the Membership Office at membership@fraziermuseum.org or (502)753-1031, or visit the Admissions Desk to apply admission to a membership.
Please note that this offer is only applicable to general admission. Any costs associated with tastings, parking, programs & events, and the Museum Store will not be discounted from the cost of membership.
