Your generosity supports the Frazier Kentucky History Museum as the center of heritage & culture for the state. Residents and visitors alike can learn, connect, and share in a space that celebrates Kentucky’s rich history and diverse stories. DOUBLE YOUR IMPACT WITH EMPLOYER MATCHING GIFTS

Many employers match charitable donations—some dollar-for-dollar, others two or three times over. It's one of the easiest ways to grow your gift to the Frazier at no extra cost to you.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Check if your employer matches. Ask your HR department or benefits coordinator whether your company has a matching gift program, and how to enroll.

2. Make your donation. Give to the Frazier however you prefer—online, by check, or another method. Some companies require you to give through a specific portal, so check your employer's instructions first.

3. Submit your match request. Follow your employer's process (usually a short online form). You'll need:

SUPPORT THE FRAZIER THROUGH DONOR ADVISED FUNDS (DAF)

A DAF is a simple, flexible, and tax-efficient way to support the Frazier History Museum. If you have a DAF—through the Community Foundation of Louisville or another provider—you can recommend a grant to help sustain our mission.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Contact your DAF provider. Log in to your account or reach out directly—whether you use the Community Foundation of Louisville, Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, or another sponsoring organization.

2. Recommend your grant. When recommending a grant to the Frazier, you'll need

KROGER REWARDS

You can support the Frazier History Museum just by shopping at Kroger and using your Kroger Plus Card.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Visit www.kroger.com/communityrewards
    If you don’t have a Kroger digital account, you’ll need to create one—it’s quick and free.

  2. Sign in to your Kroger account.

    • Use your digital login information to access your account.

    • Link your Kroger Plus Card to Frazier History Museum.

      • Click on “My Account,” then go to “Community Rewards.”

      • Search for “Frazier History Museum” or enter our organization number: KR087.

      • Select our name from the list and click “Enroll.”

    • Shop as usual. Every time you use your Kroger Plus Card, a percentage of your eligible purchases will be donated to us—at no extra cost to you!

GIVE WITH A QUALIFIED CHARITABLE DISTRIBUTION (QCD FROM YOUR IRA

If you're 70½ or older, you can make a tax-smart gift to the Frazier History Museum directly from your IRA using a (QCD). It's a powerful way to support our mission while potentially reducing your taxable income.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Contact your IRA administrator. Tell them you'd like to make a Qualified Charitable Distribution to the Frazier History Museum. Most have a simple form or online portal to get started.

2. Provide our information. You'll need:

  • Tax ID (EIN): 61-1378343

3. Specify the amount. You can give up to the annual QCD limit set by the IRS (currently $111,000 per person in 2026) directly from your IRA. If you're required to take a Required Minimum Distribution (RMD), a QCD can satisfy all or part of it.

4. Ask that your name be on the check. This helps us acknowledge your gift properly.

5. Let us know. Notify us so we can confirm when it arrives and thank you.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • The gift must go directly from your IRA to the Frazier to qualify.

  • QCDs aren't counted as taxable income, which can lower your overall tax burden.

  • Please consult your tax advisor to see if this option is right for you.
