Volunteer at the Frazier

The Frazier History Museum wants you to join our team of passionate volunteers! With their enthusiasm, devotion, time and talent, our dedicated volunteers help make everything we do possible.

Our Mission

To shape the future, the Frazier Kentucky History Museum inspires, engages, and educates by connecting Kentucky’s past with its present.

Founded in 2004 and located in the West Main District of downtown Louisville, the Frazier Kentucky History Museum is where the world meets Kentucky. Our mission underscores our belief in the power of history to inform and influence the future. Through innovative exhibitions, educational programming, and community partnerships, we strive to make history accessible, relevant, and meaningful to all.

Our volunteers aid us in all aspects of the museum, from welcoming people into the museum to assisting staff set up events. Positions availability in some areas of the museum is quite limited, and positions are limited due to space.
