Non-Traditional Field Trips Inquiry Form:

Thank you for making reservations for your students to visit the Frazier Museum for learning outside of the school day with a parent or guardian. Families that show coupons will receive discounted, education rate admission to the museum. Families with students attending a Title 1 school are eligible for coupons providing free admission, as grant funding allows.

You will receive a confirmation email, including a coupon to share with students and families within 24 hours (excluding weekends).

Please note: Form must be completed by a classroom teacher. Any questions may be directed to education@fraziermuseum.org.
