When it comes to events, the Frazier History Museum can host everything from an intimate dinner for 30 to a gala for 360 guests. We host weddings, proms, fundraisers, birthday parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, corporate events, and everything in between.

Board Room
All evening room rentals include four hours of event time (more time available for an additional fee) and additional set-up time prior to the event. The rental includes tables (round, rectangle, cocktail, and bistro tables), black fan-back chairs, housekeeping staff, security staff, and having a Frazier event staff member present for the duration of the event.
Daytime Meetings
Daytime meeting rentals (Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. include access to the Museum’s permanent gallery collection at no additional charge. Our Board Room is an ideal meeting space for groups of up to 18 guests. The Second Floor Classroom is a unique meeting space for up to 50 guests. If you have a larger group for a daytime meeting, our Fourth Floor Loft is a great option. It can seat up to 150 guests at crescent rounds, with additional space for lunch or break-out tables. Guests can also meet in either our Order of the Writ® room or Speakeasy, both ideal for up to 50 guests seated.
Holiday Parties
The Frazier Museum is a beautiful and fun location for your holiday party. The Museum will make the perfect back drop for any holiday party, whether it be a formal dinner or cocktail reception!
Proms/Dances
The Frazier is a unique, upscale and fun venue to host your next dance or prom. Our First Floor Great Hall and Fourth Floor Loft both include large, permanent hardwood dance areas. We have drink, snack and linen rental options available to make your planning as simple as possible. We also have LED uplights available for rent to add to your prom’s décor.
Proposals
Rooftop Garden Proposal - Our Rooftop Garden offers stunning views of the Ohio River and downtown Louisville skyline that can all be yours for an exclusive and private proposal experience.
Museum Gallery Proposal - Bring your loved one for a private, after-hours tour of the Museum and put the ring in a special display case, located inside the Museum galleries.
All proposals are for one hour and include a table with linen.
