How will I know if my work is being used?

The best ways to stay up to date on submissions posted to the Coronavirus Capsule is to CHECK HERE.

What if I can’t email my submission?

If you are not able to email your submission you may also mail submissions to the Frazier Museum at 829 West Main Street, Louisville KY 40202.  Please mail attention to: Coronavirus Capsule.

What if I am a teacher working on submissions as a class project?

We would love to have teachers utilize the Coronavirus Capsule as part of their work with students.  Please be sure to check on photo release information and permission for sharing student names prior to submitting. Submissions are being accepted on an on-going basis from all school districts.

Class projects should be submitted by the teacher and not sent individually by students. Teachers should include a spreadsheet of student names with information relevant to their individual work (grade level, title, brief summary etc.) Save each student submission by the students name prior to sending.

Teachers that would like to offer a Coronavirus Capsule project as an optional assignment and have students submit on their own may do so. Those submissions will be categorized in the individual submissions portion of the capsule and will not be located with Class Projects.

If you are planning a class project or have questions please email education@fraziermuseum.org.

What if I have a submission well-suited for a physical exhibit?

When we begin work on the physical exhibit we will be looking for larger pieces of art, artifacts from the pandemic, potentially even entire journals etc.  If your work is better suited or will be completed later please hold onto it and make plans to submit to us down the road.

What if I still have questions?

If you have additional questions or had trouble submitting to the gmail address listed above please email those questions to education@fraziermuseum.org
