Ulysses S. Grant

Ulysses S. Grant smoked at least 20 cigars a day and, after a brilliant war victory, a nation of well wishers sent him more than 10,000 cigars. He later died of throat cancer.

Exhibits are only part of experiencing history at the Frazier Museum.

We are constantly developing new and exciting ways to bring history to life through performances, special events, lectures, family activities, educational programs and more.

You’ll find there’s really no difference between learning and playing at the Frazier Museum – you’re doing both!
